To determine if your product is defective, call our Technical Support so that an expert can troubleshoot the issues you’ve been having with your product.

Do not ship your product to AVVERO before contacting Support and obtaining authorisation to return it.

To request an RMA

Gather the following information:

  • Your contact information
  • Your product’s serial number

What to Include

Do not include accessories when shipping an RMA product. AVVERO does not replace accessories, such as power adaptors and wall mounts.

If possible download a tech-support file from the router.
